장애인 지원자를 우대 하는 상시 채용 포지션입니다.

Fixed-term Contract: 6 Months (Can be reviewed for extension)

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Under manager’s guidance and Office manager's supervision,

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner and to ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, filing rooms are tidy and presentable.

  • Ensure sufficient office supplies and provide office equipment and serivce management, i.e. stationery, pantry, mail, furniture, telephone system, parking arrangement, delivery/courier arrangement, chauffer service, business card printing etc.

  • Track and review invoicing for office maintenance service and company-wide spending and proceed payment process in complying with finance payment process and system (NEXT).

  • Communicate with building maintenance office and relevant vendors to ensure office maintenance activities which will include supervise cleaning assistants, maintenance of pump, water purification system, coffee machine, dish washer, office plants, paper bulk shredding, carpet cleaning, pest control etc.

  • Maintain office security procedures and general work safety environment by monitoring CCTV, registering visitors, issuing visitor badges, coordinating with property management, fire drill, office access card registration, etc.

  • Regularly update office layout, telephone list, seating plan, vendors list.

  • Assist and support company wide events and activities, such as participating in project team, helping distribution of company branded swag and emloyee gifts, etc

Education & special trainings:

  • Degree holder in business administration, hospitality, literature, etc (preferred)

Qualifications & experience:

  • Executive assistant, and/or office admin experience in MNC environment preferred

  • Fluent in Korean and basic understanding in English (reading/writing)

  • Good computer skills (MS office: word, excel, ppt, outlook, teams, forms, etc)

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Good organizational skill

  • Strong attention to details

  • High responsibility

  • Good learning attitude
