MES Service Technical Lead

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in MES projects ideally on APRISO.

  • Skills:

    • ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred

    • Good knowledge of APRISO or other MES System

    • Good knowledge of SAP is a plus, specifically S/4 Hana

    • Fluent in English, speaking other language is a plus

    • Autonomous

    • Problem Solver

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the governance and enhancement of the MES platform.

  • Ensure service design aligns with KPIs and business goals.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships for seamless project execution.

  • Implement and maintain SDLC standards.

  • Oversee platform scalability and instance management strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
