Job description

The Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving ServiceNow requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines. This role supports various projects, prepares SOX controls, and plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance within the organization.

What you will do

  • Ensure timely processing of incoming requests according to established SLAs, policies, and guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, proactively managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

  • Support the implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Senior Supervisor, Internal Control, or Audit teams.

  • Develop and maintain internal processes, controls documentation, and master data for customer or vendors and employees.

 

What you need

Required:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in additional European languages ( Spanish, German) as a must

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in master data management, specifically with finance-related data such as vendor or customer data

  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG, JDE, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

Preferred:

  • Turkish language

  • Lean or Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certification

  • Experienced in working in a multinational or shared service center environment
