Job description
What you will do:
This is a first-line supervisory role responsible for guiding the team and delegating tasks. The role includes full supervisory responsibility, ensuring team motivation and high-quality service delivery. Leadership duties involve setting objectives, coaching staff, evaluating performance, and determining rewards.
Direct supervision of the MDM team by establishing direction, distributing workload, and providing clear communication and guidance to achieve goals.
Lead or support business requirements gathering, future-state data maintenance processes, and Master Data design, while also supporting the development and upkeep of technologies that automate data workflows.
Support the cleansing, transformation, conversion, and remediation of data efforts across key business and master data domains.
Collaborate with business, technology, and data stewards to implement data standards, select appropriate tools, and lead data clean-up, validation, and system alignment efforts to establish a single source of Master Data.
Resolve critical issues, providing conflict resolution, identification, root cause analysis, prioritization, remediation planning and coordination, and execution of remediation projects/activities for data issues.
Ensure that system data documentation (metadata, dictionary, lineage) is maintained in accordance with established policies, understanding legal/compliance/regulatory issues impacting data, and support SOX Compliance framework.
Establish and implement data maintenance KPIs and reporting, (timeliness, accuracy, completeness, accessibility) and appropriate metrics for monitoring.
What you need
Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in master data and having been a supervisor with direct people management responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, IS or related discipline
Fluent spoken and written English. (+B2)
Excellent analytical skills
Exceptional skills in applicable Microsoft software programs
Major ERP systems experience (SAP or MDG, Oracle)
Preferred:
Business Intelligence tools (Microsoft reporting, PowerBi)
