Job description

As an Intern for Stryker’s Neurovascular business, you will support the Brand Marketing leaders in shaping strategy and driving key initiatives across EMEA that impact physicians, patients, and the wider healthcare system. This internship is ideal for a biomedical engineering, medical sciences, or highly driven business student who is curious about how cutting-edge medical technologies are brought to market. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, clinical education, physician engagement, and cross functional collaboration. You will work closely with marketing, clinical, and sales teams on projects that directly influence how neurovascular technologies are understood and utilized across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Brand leaders in executing key marketing and strategic initiatives
across EMEA.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of physician engagement and education events.
• Assist in creating and managing tools for the sales team, ensuring they are
equipped with materials to engage effectively with customers.
• Develop marketing collateral for events, educational programs, and sales 
enablement tools.
• Analyze data, track the performance of marketing initiatives, and gather 
feedback to improve future strategies and campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally to execute marketing initiatives.


Qualifications
Education & Interests
• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a Master’s degree in Biomedical 
Engineering, Medical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in medical devices, clinical innovation, and improving patient 
outcomes.
Skills & Personal Attributes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and a drive to learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic 
environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and 
deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional 
teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
