Job description

As a Marketing Associate supporting the Surgical Care portfolio, you will contribute to one of the most visible and fast‑moving product categories within Stryker Sage. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and cross‑functional partners including regulatory, R&D, and commercial leadership to support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives, sales tools, and customer insights that drive retention, growth, and competitive differentiation. You will develop a strong understanding of the Surgical Care portfolio while operating with increasing ownership, visibility, and accountability, making this an ideal opportunity for an early‑career marketer looking to accelerate their commercial impact.

What You Will Do

  • Support the execution of marketing plans, sales tools, and initiatives for the CHG Surgical Care portfolio.

  • Partner with sales representatives and sales leadership to help enable effective selling and respond to field needs.

  • Assist with the development, organization, and maintenance of marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

  • Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitive information to support portfolio positioning and strategy.

  • Help track and summarize key performance indicators to understand marketing effectiveness.

  • Support sales training initiatives, promotions, and commercial campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as regulatory, R&D, and downstream marketing to support product updates and projects.

  • Serve as a developing subject matter expert on assigned products through ongoing learning and exposure.

  • Assist with coordinating and attending customer‑facing events such as tradeshows, field meetings, and product showcases.

  • Travel with the sales organization periodically to gain firsthand exposure to customers and the market.

What You Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial role

  • Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing, sales, or healthcare

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.

$65,900- $91,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
