Job description
As a Marketing Associate for Stryker’s Trauma Strategic Marketing team, you will be responsible for being a program and solutions expert within our portfolio. In this role, you will support the Trauma business by developing impactful sales tools and resources, supporting customer education and training initiatives, and developing engaging collateral. In addition, this role will have high visibility through cross-divisional collaboration through marketing campaigns, and Stryker’s Trauma initiative. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of an assigned product line or lines.
- Support the execution of marketing plans and sales tools across assigned product lines.
- Assist in the set-up, implementation, and marketing of our products through exhibits, trade shows and educational lab execution.
- Support key product trials, presentations or installations
- Gather and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on key products to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with sales to support training initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
- Provide marketing or sales training to others as requested.
- Assist in pricing strategy and ensure marketing aligns with margin goals.
- Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Contribute to portfolio positioning through segmentation, targeting, and messaging support.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing feedback on customer needs and usage trends.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
- Internship experience or related coursework in marketing, supply chain, or healthcare
- A degree or exposure in supply chain management, marketing, project management, or related field
$70,400- $98,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
