Job description

Marketing Associate – Spine

6‑Month Fixed Term Contract

At Stryker, we don’t just develop medical technology, we improve lives. Our Spine division plays a critical role in helping surgeons treat complex spinal conditions and restore patient mobility through innovative, evidence‑based solutions.

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Spine Marketing team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting key marketing activities across a fast‑paced, clinically complex portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing detail, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality campaigns and materials.

The Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will provide hands‑on support to the Spine Marketing and Sales team, helping to ensure projects, campaigns and operational activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, launches and initiatives

  • Coordinating marketing materials, collateral updates and asset management

  • Assisting with event support, including congresses, internal meetings and training sessions

  • Working with sales, clinical and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

  • Managing administrative tasks such as POs, budgeting support, tracking timelines and reporting

  • Supporting compliance processes to ensure materials meet regulatory and internal standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.

You are likely to have:

  • Some experience in marketing, communications or a commercial support role

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks

About Stryker Spine

Stryker Spine's portfolio supports the treatment of:

  • Degenerative spine conditions

  • Spinal deformities and trauma

  • Minimally invasive and enabling technologies

The marketing environment is clinically sophisticated, highly regulated and detail‑driven, making it an excellent learning ground for someone looking to build a strong foundation in medical device marketing.

Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. The company offers innovative products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology and Orthopaedics that help improve patient and healthcare outcomes. Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 150 million patients annually.
