Our Joint Replacement – Knees Marketing team is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Associate to join us in Sydney, NSW.

Day to day:

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing while contributing to projects that drive real business outcomes. You will:

• Support and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and brand leadership in our Knees portfolio

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for new and existing products

• Create compelling marketing collateral and digital communication tools

• Design, run, and measure product promotion campaigns

• Provide product training support, insights, and updates to our sales team

• Organise and participate in surgeon education events, workshops, conferences, and meetings

Requirements:

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Passionate about healthcare and excited to explore a career in marketing

• A curious, driven learner who’s eager to grow and make an impact

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
