Job description
As a Downstream Marketing Associate for the Cranial Restoration Brand team, you will be responsible for CMF’s dural closure products. In this role, you will support CMF’s neuro business by developing impactful sales tools and resources, supporting surgeon education and training initiatives, and developing engaging collateral. In addition, this role will have high visibility through cross-divisional collaboration through marketing campaigns, and Stryker’s Neurotech initiative. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support sales teams by helping answer questions and supporting customer needs related to assigned products via email, phone, and in‑person interactions
- Assist with downstream marketing execution, including trade shows, mobile labs, field events, and educational programs
- Help create and update marketing materials such as product brochures, presentations, digital tools, apps, and videos
- Support sales and marketing training, including preparing and delivering presentations alongside more senior team members
- Partner with sales, engineering, regulatory, and other teams to help gather feedback from the field ,identify opportunities to improve existing products, and support new product development initiatives
- Assist with communications to Sales, including product updates, portfolio changes, and key business initiatives
- Observing cases in the operating room (OR)
- Supporting product trials, launches, installations, and customer interactions (as needed)
- Support broader business planning efforts such as Executive Demand Reviews (EDRs) and Annual Marketing Planning (AMP)
- Prepare reports, summaries, and insights to help inform business decisions
- Grow into a subject matter expert (SME) for a portion of the CMF portfolio, becoming a trusted marketing partner to sales and internal teams
WHAT YOU NEED
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0+ years of professional experience
Preferred
- Internship, co‑op, or early career experience in marketing, sales, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience working on projects, presentations, or customer‑facing initiatives
