Job description

What you will do:

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician II is a highly skilled professional responsible for supporting engineering initiatives, sustaining manufacturing operations, and ensuring efficient production performance. This role plays a key part in achieving production goals by maintaining high-quality output, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring junior technicians.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support new product and process development.
Support manufacturing and engineering projects that drive operational efficiency and product quality.
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced manufacturing equipment and production processes.
Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, team leaders, and production associates to achieve business objectives.
Assist with process validations, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and update technical documentation, manufacturing records, and work instructions.
Train and support production associates on manufacturing procedures and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and process performance.
Support new product introductions and process development activities.

What you need:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to read, create, and edit technical drawings.
  • Valid passport and visa required.
