Job description
Join a manufacturing team focused on supporting production through advanced technical execution and continuous improvement. This role provides hands-on involvement in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and process support within a regulated production environment, ensuring reliable and efficient manufacturing performance.
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician II supports engineering initiatives and daily manufacturing operations by performing equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation. This position contributes to process stability, equipment performance, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
What you will do
- Operate, set up, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain defined performance and output levels
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce downtime and sustain production continuity
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and increase efficiency
- Execute process, equipment, and tooling validation activities in accordance with defined procedures
- Record manufacturing data and maintain accurate build records and technical documentation
- Train assemblers on equipment operation and manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent execution
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and coordinate corrective maintenance activities with technical teams
- Support the implementation of new processes, including creating and updating standard operating procedures
What you will need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Technical certification or degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry
- General knowledge of cleanroom procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Valid passport and visa
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting equipment validation and process documentation in regulated environments
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
