As a Manufacturing Operator at Stryker Belfast, you will help build life-saving medical devices while developing your skills and growing a long-term career in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

In this role, you will support the manufacture of Stryker products to the required quality standards, helping ensure our medical devices reach the people who need them.
What you will do
- Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.
- Work efficiently on a production line in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets.
- Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.
- Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area in line with site procedures.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly.
What you will need
- GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- A strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards accurately.

- Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm to 6:30am
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
