Job description
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing machines to ensure uptime and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures to minimize unplanned downtime
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and extend machine lifecycle
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and production lines
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental and regulatory standards and proactively report risks or incidents
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and support process improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in systems and contribute to validation and data collection activities
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation, robotics, industrial engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with industrial machinery (e.g., CNC machines, conveyors, robotics)
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
- Communicative level of Polish
- Communicative level of English
- Certifications in electrical or energy systems (e.g., G1, G2, G3)
- Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, food production)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with statistical tools for process validation (e.g., SPC, MSA, Gage R&R)
