Job description
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
Base Business (75%)
Practical/Technical understanding within cell.
Day-to-day cell support.
Equipment work orders, CDF, FAI, QT execution.
NC/CAPA ownership.
Safety/Quality investigation support.
Equipment validation support.
Change control.
Process Improvement/Project Support (25%)
Data/metric analysis.
Understanding of financial line items (labor, scrap, factory materials, standard hours, absorption).
Execution support of improvement projects.
Mentors Engineering Technicians on technical writing and principles.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
0+ years of experience
Preferred Skills:
Effectively convey ideas and instructions to technicians and operators.
Quickly adapt to new methods and practices; seek out learning opportunities.
Analyze and evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Develop long-term strategies for manufacturing processes.
Adjust to changes in technology and processes.
Understand and manage emotions to foster productive relationships.
Lead small teams or projects, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.
Offer guidance and technical advice to technicians, operators, and engineers, assisting in skill development and providing constructive feedback.
