Job description
*This is a remote position with preference to the employee being near our Allendale, NJ or Leesburg, VA facilities for occasional business-facing.
This position will be responsible for financial modeling and the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits, as well as co-managing financial operations and reporting. This position should manage the strategic partnership with Spine commercial selling teams, MET sales and finance, and Corporate functional groups such as Flex Financial, Customer Solutions, Finance COE and Spine FP&A to implement contracting and pricing strategies.
What you will do:
- Develops Pricing reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of the results.
- Interprets Pricing results to senior management to ensure understanding and applicability and identifies risks and opportunities to the plans.
- Develops and communicates financials (i.e. P&L) to financial manager/senior staff to drive business changes and to improve financial position.
- Develops policy and procedures to ensure strong margin performance.
- Responsible for leading Stryker Spine ACES program (capital placement program) and collaborating with both Spine business units to report on key metrics, trending and analytics.
- Manage coordination across functional teams regarding pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure
- Manage compliance reporting and equipment contribution transfers.
- Communicate impact to P&L for all usage agreements and GPO fees, including providing guidance for balance sheet adjustments.
- Monitor and benchmark post close deal performance.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
- Advise VP of sales and Spine strategic sales on deal parameters and guidelines
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions, or related field
- 1+ years of supervisory experience, leading a team.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel abilities
Preferred:
- JDE ERP
- Power BI
- Previous experience in the medical device field
- Experience working with GPO's, government contracts and healthcare facility agreements
$100,500- $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
