Manager, PMO

• Ensure full compliance with and execution of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policy, Governmental, and Environmental requirements and applicable laws.

• Develop company product introduction strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  制定公司产品导入战略与 roadmap，确保与业务目标保持一致。
• Lead project portfolio and strategic management for all NPI and product transfer programs, including ROI analysis, project prioritization, resource assessment, and management approval。负责所有 NPI 与产品转移项目的项目组合及战略管理，包括 ROI 分析、项目优先级排序、资源评估及管理层审批。
• Build and continuously improve PMO governance and operating mechanisms, including Stage-Gate management, milestone reviews, KPI/dashboard tracking, risk escalation processes, and scope/timeline/cost change control to enhance execution efficiency and transparency.
  建立并持续优化 PMO 管理体系与运营机制，包括 Stage-Gate 管理、里程碑评审、KPI/仪表盘追踪、风险升级机制，以及范围/周期/成本变更控制，提升项目执行效率与透明度。
• Drive cross-functional and global team alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and external stakeholders to resolve resource and priority conflicts and accelerate decision-making.
  推动 Engineering、Supply Chain、Quality、Manufacturing、Finance 等跨部门及全球团队协同，与外部客户保持有效沟通，解决资源及优先级冲突，加速关键决策落地。
• Oversee end-to-end execution of NPI and product transfer projects to ensure successful validation, on-time commercialization, supply continuity, and achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  监管 NPI 与产品转移项目的端到端执行，确保验证与量产按时完成，实现稳定转移、持续供货，并达成质量、成本与交付目标。

• Manage resource, capacity, and risk planning by proactively identifying project, operational, supply chain, and financial risks, and driving mitigation actions to ensure business continuity and project success.
  统筹资源、产能及风险管理，提前识别项目、运营、供应链及财务风险，并推动风险缓解措施落地，保障业务连续性与项目成功。

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:

• Recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team.招聘、培训、训练、指导和开发团队。

• Set strategic goals and priorities and evaluates subordinate’s performance based on those goals and priorities.设立战略性目标和重点，并以此评估下属绩效。

• Coach and develop project management.指导培养项目管理。

• Be responsible for team’s compliance with company policies and quality systems.确保团队遵守公司政策和质量体系。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Fully understand and be able to apply, enforce, comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements.充分理解，并且有能力运用、执行、遵守和满足所有GMP标准和质量要求。

• Expertise in the project management skills and tools.精通项目管理技术与工具。

• Demonstrable excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks卓越的分析及问题解决能力，把控过程改善方向和处理多个工作的能力。

• Excellent communication and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholder.卓越的内外沟通及能力。

• Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills, including fluent English writing and speaking卓越的陈述和写作/口头交流能力，包括流畅的英语读写能力。

• Good command of MS Office software and MS Project software.良好的办公软件和项目软件的使用。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE经验要求：

• 6+ years related project management and lean production experience.6年以上项目管理和精益生产经验

• 3+ years management experience.3年以上管理经验

• Experience in forming and leading the cross functional teams.组建和领导跨职能团队的经验

EDUCATION教育背景：

• B.S. in Engineering, or above is preferred. 理工科学士学位及以上。
• PMP certificate is a plus. 有PMP认证优先。
