Are you an experienced leader in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service looking to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-growing environment?
As the Logistics Manager for our warehouse in Madrid, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence at our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring best-in-class customer-focused end-to-end operations. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Logistics Leadership: Oversee warehouse operations ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Optimize inventory management, improve service levels, and control costs in alignment with budget and forecast.
Operational Performance & Excellence: Manage and improve the performance of the warehouse.
Customer-Centric Logistics: Foster a customer-first approach in logistics operations by developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Enhance service levels through optimized distribution, storage, and replenishment strategies.
Process Optimization & Compliance: Standardize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 15001 standards.
Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage the logistics budget, optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence. Ensure effective resource allocation and provide detailed cost justifications for key investments and initiatives.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and develop a multi-team warehouse workforce. Recruit, mentor, and engage the team daily.
Your profile:
Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
10 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service.
Minimum 7 years of experience as people manager.
Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.
