POSITION SUMMARY
The role will be responsible for a team of Analysts, and Data Engineers and will own analytics program within Division Operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data analytics process from data discovery and ingestion to delivering business insights and self-service analytics. The role will be responsible for analytical and reporting systems/tools to turn data into meaningful business information and intelligence. The role will liaise and interface with US-based divisional Planning Analytics lead to support functional planning teams (demand, supply, and/or IBP), finance, commercial teams, and global process excellence.

What you will do:
• Team management: manage a team of data engineers and analysts. Effectively build and maintain clean data and visualize/analyze that data to drive improved decision-making across the Endoscopy and Instruments divisions.
• Team leadership: driving the team’s direction to achieve the divisions’ goals, and coaching and developing individual team members
• Data management: collect data from various existing sources, including multiple different ERP systems, Demantra, SAP IBP, and offline sources. Consolidate into a data lakehouse, accessible by Stryker-standard analysis tools. Ensure data timeliness, integrity and cleanliness by monitoring the existing and incoming data, and reporting exceptions. Investigate and remedy exceptions.
• Data security: implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain access approval process
• Data analysis: develop and architect models to address specific business problems
• Reporting: create reports and presentations that use data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings to stakeholders on a regular cadence, and ad-hoc
• Process development: create processes for effective data analysis and reporting. Establish best practices and global standards for reporting and metrics for applicable business scope and efficient intake and prioritization of business demands
• IT integration: coordinate with IT to ensure that the necessary infrastructure is rolled out and maintained, and that current technology supports the divisions’ goals and co-build and self-service analytics ecosystem.
• Business integration: design and integrate analytics into the integrated planning process
• Thought leadership: demonstrate thought leadership and creativity in solving problems and the ability to appropriately communicate and escalate as needed to leadership. Act as a role model to the department and organization with regard to work ethic, integrity, and team approach.

What you will need:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain-related field
MBA or technical Masters degree desirable
Languages: fluent English and local language required
KNOWLEDGE Background Experience Required:
A minimum of five years data & analytics experience
A minimum of three years in an operational/supply chain role and minimum of two years managing a team and the associated challenges
Program and project management experience
Change management, demonstrated use of analytics to drive executive/leadership decision making and behavior
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a matrixed organization.
Functional competencies in SQL, Python, data warehousing technologies, big data technologies, data quality tools, and data analytics and business intelligence tools. Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, management, delegation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Suite, SAP modules, Manufacturing Resource Planning Systems, Medallion Architecture, Cloud-based data ecosystem
