Job description
What you will do
- Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Salesforce (SFDC) to meet the evolving needs of the sales team. Oversee the integration of SFDC with other tools and systems, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SFDC enhancements, troubleshooting, and support. Drive 100% adoption of SDFC across the organization & drive SFDC as one unified data source for the organization & integrate LMS data to sales forecasting automating the forecasting process & create and manage dashboards and reports in SFDC to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage additional tools to complement Salesforce and enhance sales team effectiveness. Ensure tools are aligned with business goals and integrated into daily operations. Train sales teams on the effective use of these tools to maximize productivity.
- Execute the organization's analytics strategy, incorporating business continuity, innovation, data & analytics capabilities. Define a long term roadmap for digital transformation for the organization
- Oversee the selection and implementation of data technologies, tools, and platforms. Provide guidance on data and analytics architecture & design, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs. Analyze sales performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data inputs and outputs within SFDC and other tools & create and run structured dashboards with defined KPI’s for all franchises and key functions and standardize all reviews basis the same
- Oversee the planning and execution of data and analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Monitor project progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges and mitigate risks & partner with sales leaders, marketing, and IT teams to align tools and processes with business priorities.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader commercial initiatives.
- Drive user adoption of Salesforce and other tools through effective change management strategies. Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing development for the sales team. Gather feedback from users to continuously improve tools and processes.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6 to 10 years of experience in commercial excellence, or a similar role, preferably in the med-tech or healthcare industry & 3+ years of experience managing internal and external teams, influencing senior-level management and stakeholders; medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
- Experience developing partnerships with the technical, business, and sales teams utilizing strong communication and team building skills.
- Communication Skills: Must be effective communicator, as the role involves interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner is vital. Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Advance Excel, Power BI, Tableau) & excellent project management skills
