MAKO - Field Service Engineer (Spain/ France)

We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated individual to join our team as a Mako Field Service Representative. The responsibilities of the Mako Field Service Representative include providing customer support, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing of Mako robotic systems, while ensuring service activities are completed according to established procedures and schedules.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on routine activities while collaborating with colleagues and seeking guidance for more complex situations when required.
What you will do :
You will provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.
You will deliver, instal, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
You will resolve operational issues in the field.
You will identify any issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.
You will determine customer needs and offering recommendations.
You will collaborate with colleagues and share information to ensure first-rate customer support.
You will manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
You will track down and document work progress, and complete service reports.
You will develope and maintain a strong customer relationships.
Role details:
You have willingness to travel frequently (by train, car, flight).
You will cover clients in Iberia and Southern France mainly, but not exclusively with area that include Catalonia, Perpignan, Montpellier, possible flights in Toulouse area).
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues using established processes and procedures.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Advanced French.

Spain Pay Ranges:
- Spain: €32.900 - €54.700 EUR Annual
