What you will do:
As a Logistics Supervisor on Stryker's ProCare team, you will play a key role in overseeing employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. You'll maintain a positive work environment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, world-class production system. This will be an onsite role with 11 direct reports.
Supervise and support warehouse employees, providing hands-on leadership while ensuring visibility and access throughout shifts
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards by implementing established policies and procedures
Motivate and develop team members to meet daily operational goals and drive continuous improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Materials, Customer Care, and Finance, to streamline processes and foster collaboration
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management to meet organizational needs
Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize warehouse performance and material flow
Collaborate daily with production support teams to address topics like staffing, materials, quality engineering, and forecasting
Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans, making decisions that align with Stryker’s overall objectives
What you need:
Bachelors degree -required
4 years of related or Industry experience -required
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating direct reports -required
Proficiency in analyzing inventory data and logistics metrics to improve processes -required
Data analytic experience “preferred”
Experience with Lean Six Sigma management systems and philosophies “preferred”
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
$73,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
