What you will do:

As a Logistics Supervisor on Stryker's ProCare team, you will play a key role in overseeing employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. You'll maintain a positive work environment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, world-class production system. This will be an onsite role with 11 direct reports.

  • Supervise and support warehouse employees, providing hands-on leadership while ensuring visibility and access throughout shifts

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards by implementing established policies and procedures

  • Motivate and develop team members to meet daily operational goals and drive continuous improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Materials, Customer Care, and Finance, to streamline processes and foster collaboration

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management to meet organizational needs

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize warehouse performance and material flow

  • Collaborate daily with production support teams to address topics like staffing, materials, quality engineering, and forecasting

  • Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans, making decisions that align with Stryker’s overall objectives

What you need:

  • Bachelors degree -required 

  • 4 years of related or Industry experience​​ -required 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating direct reports -required

  • Proficiency in analyzing inventory data and logistics metrics to improve processes -required

  • Data analytic experience “preferred”

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma management systems and philosophies “preferred”

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 

$73,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
