What You Will Do

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including outbound transport, external warehousing, and kitting processes. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and continuous process improvement are key aspects of this position. 

  • Manage 3PL operations to ensure efficient outbound transportation, warehousing, and kitting, maintaining high service levels and compliance with contractual agreements. 
  • Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and order fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business demands. 
  • Implement and enforce logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all logistics functions. 
  • Optimize inventory management strategies to reduce stockouts, minimize excess inventory costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. 
  • Analyze and improve logistics processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased service efficiency through automation and best practices. 
  • Develop and oversee quality control measures to maintain product integrity, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and mitigate risks in logistics operations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align logistics strategies with broader business goals. 
  • Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing eco-friendly packaging solutions, optimizing transport routes to reduce emissions, and ensuring responsible resource management.     

What you need:

Required:

  • Strong experience in 3PL management positions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI
  • ERP knowledge (SAP, TOTVS, JDE)

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in medical device companies
