Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the departmental Supervisor in the review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools within the department.

  • Assist in achieving departmental and divisional KPls and objectives.

  • Participate in projects within the team and cross-functional, to further improve the department, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels

  • Following the UTS traceably system submissions for Striker Tibbi Operational activities.

Customs

  • Follow the changes in customs legislations in Turkey and assisting the Logistics Supervisor.

  • Be responsible for trade and compliance activities. Following the regulatory changes and taking related actions if is needed.

  • Updating all VATs on MFG system.

  • Support & monitor all import-export transactions in Turkey in collaboration with customs broker employees in line local legislation

  • Support the local transportation of the goods from inbound area to Stryker warehouse locations

  • Communicating with customs broker office daily basis to check all import and export transactions.

Shipments

  • Provides regular update to Venlo Operations team for Turkey business requirements in weekly basis.

  • Follows up the Medsurg projects with sales and marketing Team.

  • Provides Operations reports to inside customers & outside customers,

  • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing Team in daily business transactions and targets.

  • Coordinates incoming shipments‘payments to suppliers and customs broker with Finance Team.

  • Following all flying kits shipments with courier.

  • Responsible to define the couriers and follow up the agreement process.

Qualifications:

  • New graduates or 4th year university students preferably from engineering departments

  • Have an internship experience, preferably in multinational companies

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs

  • Effective communication skills

  • Fluent in English (oral & written)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with by following deadlines


Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
