Job description

SHIFT: Monday – Friday, rotating schedule

               Week 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

               Week 2: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

WORK FLEXIBILITY: On-site

What you will do:

The Loaner Coordinator must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position responsibilities include all functions within the Loaner Coordinating Team including receiving and restocking of instrument and implant kits, all monthly/quarterly inventory activities, assembling new kit fleet additions, as well as the packaging of our loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Accept loaner requests from Sales Coordinators and processes in a timely manner.
  • Execute rush shipment requests during high-intensity situations.
  • Communicate kit deviations to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives where appropriate.
  • Maintain accompanying documentation in preparation for shipping and supports the supply of literature, samples and promotional materials where needed.
  • Maintain all kits by managing replacements and assembling additional kits as required.
  • Accurately record kit and item usage within the ERP system, alerting appropriate personnel of receipt discrepancies.
  • Participate in daily and quarterly inventory counts of all sub-inventories.
  • Identify, record, segregate and report obsolete/expired, damaged, dirty, and non-compliant kit inventory.
  • Respond to RAQA Product Inquiries

What you need:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in the Medical and/or Supply Chain field

Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
