Job description

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

What You Will Do:

As a Lead Technician in the Analytical Laboratory, you will support testing and validation activities that ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, production intermediates, and finished products. This role combines hands-on laboratory execution with technical leadership, supporting both routine testing and development activities.

  • Perform and support analytical testing, including cleaning endpoint testing, material analysis, and water quality evaluation
  • Assist in developing, validating, and documenting analytical methods used to support manufacturing and product development
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day laboratory activities, ensuring testing schedules and priorities are met
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards across all laboratory operations
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
  • Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions for nonconformances and quality deviations
  • Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records in accordance with quality system requirements
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing data, documentation, and procedural details

What You Need:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in an analytical, quality, or cGMP-regulated environment
  • Ability to follow detailed test methods, procedures, and documentation requirements
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as FTIR, XRF, spectrophotometry, GC/MS, or similar
  • Experience supporting validation testing, material analysis, or regulated laboratory environments
  • Comfortable working with biological materials, chemical agents, and potentially contaminated medical devices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and review data
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based laboratory setting


Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.


$23.08 - 31.22/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
