Basic Function

DCセンター長ならびにリーダーの指示の下、3PLと連携しながら日々の現場作業の進捗に応じて作業優先度の調整や人員配置の適正化を図り、顧客注文に対して納期に間に合うように現場を運営します。

倉庫業務の作業効率を改善させるための日々の改善施策を立案し、実行します。

Total Supply Chain改善の観点より、S&DPチーム及びCustomer Serviceと連携し、External/Internal Customerへのサービス向上に努めます。

Responsibilities

  • 日々の倉庫業務の作業進捗をモニターし、業務が滞りなく運営されているか確認します。
  • 必要に応じて顧客納期を満たせるよう3PLと倉庫業務の優先度について調整を図ります。
  • 作業生産性、作業品質、顧客サービスのパフォーマンスを測定、可視化し、改善にむけての施策を立案して、実行します。
  • 各種業務プロセスや手順の改善を実施し、より円滑な業務運営の構築に貢献します。
  • 納期遵守のために、配送業者との連携におけるDC作業の改善点を洗い出し、より効果的な協業体制の構築にむけた改善活動を推進します。
  • 各種監査要件に基く業務改善点について対応策を実施し、より強固な業務構築に貢献します。
  • 各種レポートの作成、集計業務を行います。(Excelでのデータ集計や加工)
  • 繁忙期や緊急時など、3PLメンバーと共に倉庫業務の作業支援を行います。(必要時のみ)
  • 社内関係部門、業務委託業者、配送業者など関係者と良好な関係を構築し、協業体制を強化します。
  • チームメンバーと共に円滑な職場運営のために協力しながら業務を分担して担当します。

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • 倉庫業務経験または3PL業者としてのサービス業務提供経験
  • SAPまたはOrackeなど各種統合システム(ERP)のユーザー経験
  • 現場作業性改善主導の経験や作業品質改善の経験
  • 現場リーダーあるいは管理監督者としての業務経験があれば尚可

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Logical Thinking Skill
  • Excel(関数)、Word、Power Point等のPCスキル
  • リーンシックスシグマ手法、統計分析、品質管理手法(Optional)
  • 英語による読み・書きができれば尚可 (Optional)

Basic Function

With the instruction of DC Manager and other leaders, adjust work priorities and optimizes personnel assignments according to the progress of daily on-site operations in cooperation with the 3PL, and operates the site to meet shipment cut time for customer orders.

Formulate and implement daily improvement measures to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations.

From the perspective of total supply chain improvement, collaborate with the S&DP team and Customer Service to improve service quality to both external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the progress of daily warehouse operations and ensure that operations are running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL to prioritize warehouse operations to meet customer deadlines as needed.
  • Measure and visualize work productivity, work quality, and customer service performance, and develop and implement measures for improvement.
  • Improve various business processes and procedures to help build smoother business operations.
  • To meet delivery deadlines, we will identify areas for improvement in DC operations in cooperation with delivery companies, and promote improvement activities to build a more effective cooperative system.
  • We will implement measures to improve operations based on various audit requirements and contribute to the establishment of stronger operations.
  • We create and compile various reports. (Data tabulation and processing in Excel)
  • Provide support for warehouse operations with 3PL members during busy periods and emergencies. (Only when necessary)
  • Build good relationships and strengthen collaboration with related parties such as internal departments, subcontractors, and delivery companies.
  • Assigns and takes charge of tasks in cooperation with team members for smooth operation of the workplace.
     

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • Experience in warehousing or providing services as a 3PL provider
  • Experience as a user of various integrated systems (ERP) such as SAP or Oracke
  • Experience in leading onsite workability improvement and/or work quality improvement
  • Experience working as a field leader or supervisor is a plus

- PC skills such as Excel (functions), Word, Power Point, etc.

- Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, quality control methods

- Fluency in English (reading and writing) is a plus (Optional)
