Job description

  • 1st Shift: Mon - Fri  

What will you do  

As Lead Process Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of equipment issues.

  • Maintain and promote 6S and workplace organization standards within the maintenance area, including tool cribs, workstations, and shared spaces
  • Provide exceptional production support through technical troubleshooting, effective communication, and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues
  • Lead and mentor Process Technicians and Process Leads, working independently to coordinate technical support activities, remove obstacles, and drive team success
  • Ensure completion and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs, including updates to PM procedures, work instructions, and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts by leading practical problem-solving activities and implementing solutions that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance
  • Execute and oversee equipment repairs, projects, maintenance activities, calibrations, and work orders while supporting production uptime and operational objectives
  • Lead and own transformational projects focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and Engineering to support new technology implementation, validation activities, periodic reviews, and verification testing

What you need

Required

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years of relevant metal fabrication, manufacturing, process development, programming, equipment maintenance experience  
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of machining and assembly process equipment
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects  
  • Must wear required PPE and adhere to all safety requirements

Preferred 

  • Experience with CMM programming preferred  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)  


$31.92 - $44.88 USD Hourly
