Job description
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Potential for weekend overtime to meet business needs
What you will do-
As a Lead Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations of the facility to enable a safe and compliant work environment that supports the needs of the business.
- Execute, coordinate, and document site maintenance including day-to-day facilities requests and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with external vendors for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs
- Maintain and monitor Security system including all identification badge and key management activities and updates
- Assist with execution of personnel moves, office space planning, interior and exterior landscaping, reception/telephones and renovation project work
- Manage facility reception, cleaning, meeting preparation, custodial and food supplies, to ensure adequate customer experience and regulating body compliance
- Engage in problem solving and consensus building in complex situations to implement custom oriented solutions
- Drive site projects to continuously improve all areas of team functions
- Coordinate with Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) to assist with EHS training and policy & procedure activities
What you need-
Required
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in relevant field
- Ability to lift/carry 10-50 pounds regularly, 50-75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, stand, and/or crawl as needed
Preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, and/or construction industry
- Experience with project management and continuous improvement projects
- Familiarity with Cal/OSHA regulations is a plus
$34.24 - 48.15 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
