What you will do:
- Lead 2-5 EDI Analysts and the coordination of daily priorities and activities as well as their professional development and the team’s overall performance.
- Setup and maintain EDI master data related to CSR, trading partners and pricing contracts.
- Work with new accounts to create mapping requirement specifications from trading partner guidelines (850, 855, 810 transactions).
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan, test, and implement all changes to ensure that solutions operate as envisioned.
- Design, write requirements, assist IT to develop, test and implement EDI solutions to meet enhancement requests from Trading Partners and Business Teams.
- Address technical and functional issues related to EDI, engaging IT and functional resources as required.
- Has a basic understanding of Oracle ERP and deep understanding of both customer service and accounts receivable.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment, including facilitation skills to lead requirements workshops.
- Able to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements.
- Train internal business colleagues on EDI and EDI systems.
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 4+ years of working experience required.
- EDI – Oracle, X12, EDIFACT, XML experience required.
- Leadership experience highly preferred.
- Supply chain transactional knowledge (850, 855, 810) required.
- A good understanding of supply chain processes within the medical device industry required.
- Understanding Agile and Waterfall project management methodology preferred.
- $75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
