Job description

What you will do

  • Ensure communication with PA team and Marketing/Events

  • Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech Code

  • Collaborate in process improvement projects

  • Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.

  • Regular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.

  • Service Request Forms creation all Divisions & Regions*

  • Faculty Service management (allocations, reconciliations) working with the PA Team, Marketing and Events

  • Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Consultant Nomination Form for all contracts

  • Faculty Payment Process collaboration with PA according to the allocations

  • Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities

What you need

Education

Essential:

  • College equivalent qualifications

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essential

Experience

Essential:

  • New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience

Desirable

  • Fluent and skilled in local language as well as English

  • Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company

  • Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance

  • Sound excel knowledge
