What you will do-

As the Lead Service Supply Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Service Supply Chain M&A integration activities. In this dynamic position, you will develop, implement, and sustain processes crucial for optimizing the end-to-end repair process throughout M&A integrations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and streamline operations directly, ensuring seamless integrations that enhance our service capabilities. This onsite role is at our Kalamazoo, Michigan site.

  • Manage repair processes and maintain ERP/Quality systems spanning across multiple organizations.

  • Partner with Depot Support to develop and sustain processes for Service PMs

  • Develop operational strategies to execute the integration of complex repair processes to align to Stryker requirements and ensure proper documentation is established

  • Partner with Sourcing to negotiate contract details that align to the Service’s standards and best interests

  •  Oversee supplier setup to ensure compliance with Stryker's standards, seamless system integration, and readiness to support services through training, performance monitoring, and ongoing communication. Ongoing management of subcon transactions in multiple systems to maintain current and projected repair volumes

  • Support cross-functional teams as needed to support end-to-end supply chain

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements throughout the integration timeline

  • Define process and best practices for subcon setup/M&A integration

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field - required

  • 4 years of work experience in supply planning, sourcing, procurement, supplier development or related to new product development, production planning, or material planning – required

  • Working knowledge in SAP  “preferred”

  • Proficient in Excel “preferred”
