Job description
The IT Service Delivery Functional Lead for Manufacturing SAP will support platform management activities serving as a partnered liaison between the business, IT Basis, IT Security and IT Functional Teams. This role is responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships across our IT and business teams bringing SAP ECC functional expertise.
What you will do:
Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, etc.) related to the service.
Leads continuous improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase visibility into service performance.
Advises business on available standards, methods, tools and application relevant to area of service and can make appropriate choices for alternatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business teams
Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business demand and the delivery of solutions.
Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives
Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes
Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams
What you will need:
Bachelor’s or master's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in the field of IT and Manufacturing with SAP. Expertise in FICO, PP, MM, WM, PPQM.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams.
Works effectively with cross-departmental teams and facilitate discussions across the team to derive solutions.
Ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work
