What You Will Do

As the Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting you will provide insights, guidance, and recommendations to senior sales leadership. You'll lead financial processes, including budgeting, projections, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate month-end close reporting. This role involves financial modeling for sales opportunities, developing KPIs and dashboards, and driving process improvements to optimize efficiency.

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial insights, guidance, and recommendations to senior leadership, sales leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Establish effective financial processes and procedures for day-to-day operations, including but not limited to periodic budgeting, projections, variance analysis and month end close.

  • Ensure accurate, and timely completion of financial figures at month end close

  • Create month end variance analysis of the selling operations P&L compared to recent projections and budget. Present this variance commentary to the Selling Finance Leadership team.

  • Financial modeling and evaluation process for sales opportunities including assessment of deal structure for ALS360 sales programs.

  • Develop trend analysis, KPIs and dashboards based on user requirement analysis.

  • Work closely with commissions teams for closing activities and analytics

  • Drive process improvements in its area to streamline processes

What You Need

Required

  • Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related degree

  • 4+ years finance, accounting or related experience

Preferred

  • Professional Certification (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent)

  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, and Hyperion

$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
