The Lead Analyst, Accounting and Finance will analyze and evaluate the performance of the organization's financial, operational, and managerial processes systems to identify risks, areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
What you will do:
Act as a Business Partner for local management and be responsible for driving and managing the financial performance of the plant.
Sets up/maintains a compliant internal control environment in agreement to Stryker, US-GAAP , policies and guidelines.
Setting of the annual product costs and drives cost leverage to improve operating results.
Preparation of the sites monthly accounts + projections + annual budget
Maintain the integrity of supporting financial systems
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
5+ years of related accounting or finance experience
Cost accounting experience is preferred
Experience working in a multi-national, FDA regulated manufacturing environment is preferred
