Permanent | Full Time

Position Summary:

The Lead Analyst will be responsible for the development and ownership of high-quality, unconstrained demand plans across the EMEA region, with primary responsibility for EEMEA markets, while also providing backup support for EU demand planning. This role acts as the key interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment between business strategy and the demand plan. It plays a critical role in driving forecast accuracy, supporting product launches and lifecycle management, and supporting the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including Executive Demand Reviews (EDR).

What You'll Do:

Demand Planning and Forecast Ownership

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, unconstrained demand forecasts across Endoscopy EEMEA markets.

  • Integrate statistical models with business insights from Sales, Marketing and Finance to create consensus demand plans.

  • Analyse historical data, seasonality, market trends and macro drivers to improve forecast quality.

  • Continuously monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions.

IBP and EDR Leadership

  • Own and facilitate the monthly demand planning cycle, including regional alignment and consolidation.

  • Lead demand discussions as part of the IBP process and Executive Demand Reviews.

  • Ensure all demand plans are reviewed, aligned and approved by key stakeholders in line with the monthly cadence.

  • Clearly articulate demand risks, assumptions and opportunities to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary demand planning contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning teams.

  • Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to align on strategy, demand signals and execution plans.

  • Support decision-making through clear communication of trade-offs, risks and scenarios.

Product Lifecycle and NPI Management

  • Own demand planning inputs for new product introductions (NPI), lifecycle transitions and product exits.

  • Ensure accurate phasing of launches and alignment with supply readiness and commercial strategy.

  • Support SKU rationalisation initiatives and portfolio optimisation.

EEMEA Market Ownership

  • Act as the demand planning lead for EEMEA markets, including tender-driven business and emerging markets.

  • Manage demand variability driven by tenders, distributor models and supply constraints.

  • Provide clear visibility and recommendations on large opportunities, risks and execution challenges.

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive enhancements to forecasting processes, tools and methodologies.

  • Partner with forecasting and analytics teams to improve model performance and reporting capabilities.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of key assumptions and changes within the demand plan.

  • Promote best practices in demand planning and IBP execution.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Sales Operations or a related field.

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrix organisations along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with demand planning tools such as Oracle Demantra or similar.

  • Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

  • Experience in medical devices or a regulated industry.

  • Exposure to international or multi-region demand planning environments.

  • Professional certification such as APICS or IBF.
