Lead Analyst, Accounts Payable COE

The Accounts Payable COE Lead Analyst is responsible for performing activities related to GRNI and AP Trade monthly proposals, items analysis, Sr analyst workload assignment and account reconciliations.

What you will do:

• Prepare and upload account reconciliations.
• Perform GRNI and AP Trade analysis to close reconciliating items.
• Prepare and present monthly proposal of GRNI and AP Trade open items to be analyzed.
• Assign and monitor Sr analyst workload (GRNI and AP Trade open items).
• Prepare the monthly GRNI and AP Trade metrics.
• Lead the monthly business meetings.
• Support the meetings with key vendors.
• Work with other I2P teams to close items and improve processes.
• Maintain documentation to support ERP transactions and facilitate the efficient review and audit of books and records. All activities will be performed in compliance with our internal controls policies and procedures.
• Perform other related work as assigned by management.

What you need:

•    Bachellor degree in Accounting, Business or at least two years of equivalent studies toward a College degree in a related field.
•    MS Office Suite (Excel intermediate to advanced level needed).
•    Fluent spoken and written English. 
•    4 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a finance function ideally with experience performing accounts payables and/or accounting responsibilities in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
