Job description
Perform daily Kitroom operational processes end-to-end. This position is responsible for the fulfilment and completion of the daily activities related to inbound flows, inventory control, outbound flows, and their related processes. Responsible for co-ordinating bookings initiated by sales representatives, assembly of loan Kits, preparation of relevant documents, system entries reflecting movement of loan Kits, co-ordinating daily delivery schedules and collections, and ensuring customer needs are met in a timeous and accurate manner. All items comprising of loan Kits must be maintained in accordance with the regulatory standards.
- Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions
- Meets goals as defined within Stryker key success factors of Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results
- Responsible for participating in continuous improvement, daily/weekly cleaning and providing suggestions or ideas
- Responsible for personal production output and maintaining proper documentation or working with team to achieve team production targets
- Responsible for personal training, understanding procedures and accurately following all procedures and policies
- Responsible for successfully completing and maintaining competencies for all stations required to work

- Works with some daily direction still required

Education
Essential:
- Matric or equivalent required
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet)
Experience
Essential:
- 2 years’ experience in a service role prefererred
- Fluency in English, spoken & written
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have attention to detail
