Job description

Position Summary

  • This position holder is responsible for all long-term & short-term instrument kit management and short-term implant kit day-to-day operations.
  • This position holder is primary contacct for Kit order processing for dealers and commercial teams

Role & Responsibilities

Material management

  • Perform day-to-day product receiving, quality inspection, inventory management both physically and in ERP system.   

  • Process kit build and report the activities in ERP.

  • Monitor damaged products and process IRR to make the damaged kits available.  

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting kit movements in ERP with timely manner.

  • Perform regular cycle-counting, inventory-taking.  

Order management / Customer service

  • Be a primary contact point for kit orders and maintain order processing in ERP.

Consignment stock management

  • Trace offsite kits and communicate with customers and dealers for on-time returns.

  • Perform long-term implant & instrument consignment stock-take process.

Quality control

  • Comply with QA guidelines

ERP / Database management

  • Update Kit BOM information and ensure data accuracy

  • Resolve IT issues related with kit management by communicating with Global IS team.

Qualification

  • College graduate and above, preferably in Logistics, Bio-medical engineering, etc.

  • English communication skills (literacy is must / verbal communication skills is plus)

  • +5 years of working experience (or equivalent) in logistics, inventory management

  • Hands-on experience in ERP (JDE, SAP and BI ), MS programs
