This position is on a hybrid schedule with the expectation to be on-site at our Redmond, WA facility Monday thru Wednesday and remote on Thursday & Friday.

The Manager, Sales Data Analytics for Emergency Care will be responsible for ensuring that data is being captured and analyzed to facilitate a strong sales offense.  This includes ensuring appropriate data analysis and visualization that meets and exceeds the internal customer’s needs.  This role is also responsible for collaborating across the network to ensure the sales organization has the knowledge and training required to utilize all analytics available to them and conducts frequent training and communications regarding the utilization of these sales tools.  This person also works side by side with commercial operations and sales leadership on order and revenue attainment, ensuring accurate and timely data is available to facilitate strategic decisions across the enterprise. This role will own the development of the overall strategic roadmap for data analytics to support the Emergency Care sales organization and ensure the execution and delivery of elements of this strategic roadmap.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for leading the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture to support the Emergency Care sales organization.
  • Works with enterprise-wide business and IT senior management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.
  • Solves complex technical problems.
  • Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user.
  • Ensures robust data visualization that facilitate ease of use and action driven outcomes from data consumption by customers.
  • Creates testing methodology and criteria.
  • Develops data/information quality metrics.
  • Research new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
  • Works within Commercial Operations to ensure frequent and relevant communication to the sales force regarding data analytics tools.
  • Identifies, creates, and executes regular training to sales force regarding data analytics tools.
  • Partner with the commercial operations business process manager to keep sales operations training up-to-date (Allego videos, how-to, and best practice documents)
  • Creates and maintains business process documents for sales data analytics and reporting to ensure business continuity.
  • Partners closely with IT in ensuring data analytics platforms and data structure is robust to ensure business sustainability and growth.
  • Partners closely with finance to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of data, ensuring compliance to global finance rules.
  • Utilizes frequent voice of customer (sales) to identifying data analytics needs.  Collaborates with department heads and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Develops strategies and leads team to ensure implementation of solutions to meet these internal customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Works with cross-functional peers across medical division to implementation of tools that align across the division.
  • Foster strong working relationships to drive process improvements and communication effectiveness.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Athena and SAP 
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High degree of end-to-end order to cash knowledge and the sales process
  • Proven ability to articulate predictive analytics and next level data transformations for sales operations required.  
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and internal communication.

$98,000- $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
