THE ROLE:

Stryker’s medical device business in the private hospital sector is dependent on products being accurately listed on the Prescribed List (PL) in a timely manner. The role of the Reimbursement Assistant is to support the successful inclusion of Stryker’s products on the Prescribed List.

This role directly impacts patient outcomes by playing a pivotal role in ensuring patients get access to Stryker’s products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Help create the PL strategy based on Marketing launch plans and evidence needed for PL applications.
  • Coordinate with Stryker Design Divisions and Marketing partners to gather evidence for PL applications.
  • Aid in submitting high-quality PL applications promptly.
  • Handle queries related to PL applications.
  • Gather and analyze Health Economic and Clinical data to boost market access for Stryker.
  • Assist in responding to Government Consultations to promote Stryker’s strategy.
