What You Will Do:

As the IT Sr. Technical Delivery Lead, Collaboration, you will oversee the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of collaboration technologies and platforms across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration, performance, and reliability of collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Java-based applications, and mobile apps, while driving innovation in how teams connect and work together globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration Platform Management:
    • Oversee the management, support, and optimization of enterprise collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Power Platform, TMIC tools, Java-based applications, and mobile apps.
    • Lead technical delivery of new initiatives and enhancements to improve platform functionality and user experience.
    • Ensure platform alignment with evolving business needs, mission requirements, and security standards.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on collaboration platforms, advising teams on best practices, system architecture, and process optimization, especially around SharePoint, Power Platform, Java-based applications, and mobile apps.
    • Manage global support teams, ensuring adequate coverage, and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and integration enhancements across the collaboration ecosystem.
  • Service Delivery & Vendor Management:
    • Monitor vendor performance against contractual agreements and KPIs, conducting regular meetings to review service expectations and performance.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service availability, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services, while driving continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT and business units to gather requirements, align platform capabilities with business objectives, and drive adoption of collaboration tools.
    • Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and addressing stakeholder needs.
    • Solicit feedback and implement changes that enhance the collaboration experience for end users.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to global IT operating models and processes, maintaining platform compliance with security, licensing, and governance requirements.
    • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture, requirements, test scripts, and knowledge articles.
    • Track and manage platform usage, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimization of resources.

What You Need:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
    • ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years of experience in managing collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Apps, Java-based applications, and mobile apps.
    • Proven experience in leading global support teams and managing vendors.
    • Strong knowledge of SharePoint.
    • Experience in managing Java-based applications and mobile platforms is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IT service management methodologies, including ITIL, SDLC, and Agile.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies and processes, enhancing the user experience.
