Job description
As IT Business Partner – Manufacturing, being part of the site's leadership team, you’ll serve as the primary IT advisor to your stakeholders, shaping and executing a site-specific technology strategy that supports operational goals and aligns with our global IT vision. You’ll lead key initiatives—such as MES enhancements, SAP upgrades, and automation programs—while ensuring IT services at the site are secure, compliant, and effective.
This is a senior-level role focused on strategic engagement, program leadership, and value delivery. You’ll build strong partnerships with stakeholders across operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain, and collaborate closely with global and regional IT teams to bring shared solutions to life.
What You Will Do
Define and lead the IT roadmap for the Skawina site
Build strong relationships with senior plant leaders and functional teams
Manage a portfolio of IT initiatives that improve efficiency and performance
Provide oversight of local IT services and guide on-site support teams
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, architecture, and regulatory standards
Represent Skawina in global IT forums and contribute to enterprise initiatives
Advise on IT investment decisions and track ROI
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of professional experience in IT or digital leadership roles
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, ideally in regulated industries
Hands-on experience with SAP, MES, and automation technologies
Strong business partnership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-border initiatives
