What You Will Do
Resolve complex customer invoice disputes by investigating root causes and delivering accurate, well-supported outcomes.
Issue credit notes within authorized thresholds and ensure all actions follow internal controls.
Engage with customers by phone and email to gather information, clarify issues, and accelerate resolution times.
Record and manage dispute data in workflow tools to maintain complete, audit-ready documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline dispute handling and reduce recurrence.
Monitor performance indicators such as response time, dispute aging, and resolution rate to meet or exceed team targets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, standardization, and quality.
Prepare operational and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and support audits with required documentation.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in I2C, O2C, or customer service dispute resolution.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience working with collection-related systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AR cloud solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional EU language proficiency.
Minimum 3 years of experience in dispute resolution.
