Your Mission 

Join Stryker's R&D Lifecycle Management team and contribute to projects that help improve how critical product information is managed across the organization. As part of this MedTech internship, you will support digital transformation initiatives, work with modern analytics tools, and help optimize business processes that support product quality and compliance. 

From your first day, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, collaborate with specialists across multiple functions, and gain practical experience in data analytics, automation, and process improvement. This opportunity is ideal for students looking to strengthen their technical and business skills while creating measurable impact in a global environment. 

What You'll Do 

  • Support the migration and improvement of product lifecycle data within modern digital systems. 

  • Create and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for data management processes. 

  • Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Excel Macros, and Power BI to generate business insights. 

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and support automation initiatives using Power Automate. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency. 

What You'll Bring 

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • Good knowledge of Excel and an interest in data analytics and process improvement. 

  • Initial experience with Power BI, Excel Macros, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or previous internships. 

  • Interest in Power Automate, automation concepts, or digital transformation initiatives. 

  • Good English language skills (minimum B2), good German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus

Germany Pay Range:

  • Schonkirchen/Kiel 35Std: €2.222,85 EUR Monthly
