Job description

Location: 5670 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Ste 125, Greenwood Village, CO

Work Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible, with lunch at 1:30 PM)

Summary:

As the Internal Customer Support Specialist, you will support Sales Representatives and internal partners by accurately processing replenishment orders, coordinating inventory movement, and resolving order, shipping, and return-related needs. You will provide responsive service, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure products are available when needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Enter and process Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.
  • Manage inventory transactions and product movement between sub-inventories using WMS/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate product returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
  • Troubleshoot order, product, inventory, and workflow issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, and return-related needs.
  • Provide timely, professional communication and updates to Sales Representatives and internal partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree

$25.39 - $34.35 USD Hourly
