What You Will Do
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events.
- Manage participant registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and training records.
- Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas, room bookings, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications.
- Support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operational activities.
- Assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking activities.
- Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives using business tools and reporting solutions.
- Support and, where appropriate, independently manage project-related tasks to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business operations.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, or student organizations involving administration, project coordination, event management, or training support.
- Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, Power Platform, or similar business applications.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.
- German language skills.
