Who we need: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical I2C Dispute Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support dispute resolution processes, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation. If you have a structured approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and are eager to gain experience in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

What you will do: 

  • Support dispute resolution by gathering relevant information and assisting in the investigation of invoice disputes. 

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to collect details and ensure smooth communication. 

  • Maintain accurate records of dispute cases and follow established workflows. 

  • Process credit and debit notes in ERP systems under guidance. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Experience, Sales, and Pricing to facilitate resolution efforts. 

  • Monitor key metrics related to dispute resolution and report findings to the team. 

  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting optimizations. 

  • Assist with reporting and audits by ensuring compliance with internal controls and preparing necessary documentation. 

What you will need: 

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

  • Up to 2 years of experience in I2C, O2C, or Customer Service with exposure to dispute resolution. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

  • Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus). 

  • Experience with collection-related systems (SAP, Oracle, AR Cloud solutions, etc.). 

 

Preferred

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow structured processes. 

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
