Job description

What you will do:

As the HR Systems Lead Analyst - Workday, you will analyze business needs and support end-to-end HR solutions, with a strong focus on human capital management and compensation. You will build collaborative relationships across HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Communications while providing expertise on Workday functionality. Additionally, you will consult on system design, offering guidance on automation and standardization to enhance HR processes.

  • Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes for Workday applications in HCM and Core/Advanced Compensation.

  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery

  • Partner with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the deliver of new technology solutions and enhancements.

  • Independently complete and delivery work for HR functional teams related to process, system, and system support initiatives.

  • Actively participate in system implementation or release activities; Configure, test and document system changes

  • Collaborate on creating and executing regression and release testing on Workday applications in HCM and Compensation functional areas.

  • Present configuration design options and capabilities per functional and industry knowledge

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HRIS, functional systems, or professional business function role.

  • Experience with Workday applications, including HCM and/or Compensation.

  • Prior system implementation or post-implementation project experience.

Preferred:

 

  • Workday Pro Certification(s).

  • Understanding of cloud-based technologies and object-oriented data models.

  • Strong knowledge of data privacy and other relevant HR data regulations.

  • Experience working in an enterprise technology environment, including HRIS enterprise infrastructure with touchpoints such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Exchange, Firewalls, SSO, and Mobile configurations.
