Job description

What you will do:

As the Lead Analyst ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will act as the technical expert for HR and business system users, focusing on HR ServiceNow (HRSD) functionality. You will collaborate with HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Communications, and be responsible for understanding business processes, reporting, and analytics

  • Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes. 

  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on solutions to business problems and ensuring clear communication for the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.

  • Build, understand and maintain certain database architectures and creating user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysis.

  • Train and educate users across the organization to enable best use of the system/reports. 

  • Take on various projects to collects and provide data for critical business processes, internal/external reporting, and auditing 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, HR teams, and stakeholders across the organization, providing valuable insights, assisting with data and process analysis to enable better business decisions, and collaborating with key business owners and stakeholders for consulting.

  • Engage in data cleansing activities using various tools to achieve HR Operations initiatives 

  • Create data visualizations and solution interfaces for end users while assisting in building the framework for large-scale, value-added predictive solutions to be used across functions at Stryker.

  • Configure, test and document system, security and reporting changes  

​What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow (HR ServiceNow module or related).

  • Experience in business process mapping, executing test scripts, and documenting complex processes in a clear and understandable format.

  • Advanced English level (B2+)

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow certification(s).

  • Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies and cloud-based technologies.

  • Automated Testing Framework (ATF) experience.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps.

  • Understanding of object-oriented data models.
